Processing time:
Orders will process within one to three business days Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with tracking information. You can use this to monitor your package's journey. While we strive for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances. If your package is delayed please reach out to us at rubyandcloverboutique@gmail.com We will assist you in resolving the issue. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please notify us within five days of receiving your package. For damaged items please send pictures of the damaged item(s) to rubyandcloverboutique@gmail.com
Shipping rates and options:

We offer standard shipping, estimated delivery time is between 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping estimated delivery time 2-4 business days. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
Free shipping is available on orders over $100 (before tax and after discount) within the United States excluding Hawaii and Alaska.

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority; if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused in their original condition and with all packaging intact. For hygiene reasons some products such as brushes are non-refundable unless defective. To process a refund or exchange, contact us via e-mail at rubyandcloverboutique@gmail.com and we will guide you through the return/exchange process. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment (minus the cost of shipping) within seven to ten business days. Once the return/exchange process is initiated, you will receive an email (within 1-3 business days) with the return shipping label and instructions to complete your return.
